Frederick Brown Jr. Amphitheater
Peachtree City’s Frederick Brown Jr. Amphitheater, known as “The Fred,” has been named one of the best outdoor entertainment venues in Metro Atlanta. Tucked into a secluded wooded area, the 2,500-seat amphitheater offers great acoustics and an intimate setting that includes lawn seating, picnic tables and a Gold Section at the foot of the stage. In its 22 years, The Fred has drawn big names like Hall and Oates, Peter Frampton, Michael McDonald, Blake Shelton, Gladys Knight, and the Beach Boys. This year’s summer concert series lineup includes Smash Mouth, Paul Anka, Melissa Etheridge, Richard Marx and Pat Benatar.
